Congratulations to Otto Lepikkö on his appointment as Chief Operating Officer at zvoove Group, a portfolio company of LEA Partners.
Otto joins with significant experience leading operational transformation within complex, PE-backed software environments. Most recently, as Executive Vice President at Accountor Group, he was instrumental in driving performance improvement and supporting the business through its successful transaction in 2024. As COO, Otto will partner with the leadership team to enhance operational effectiveness, scale performance across the group, and support zvoove’s continued international growth.
