We effectively outsource the search process of mid to senior level SaaS sales hires on a project basis, underpinned by a statement of work. We deliver high quality outcomes within short time frames, often globally and simultaneously across multiple time zones.
Campaign Search is a focused search approach. We comprehensively map the target list of organisations agreed, identify those with an appropriate profile and proactively take our clients opportunity to passive candidates.
We set aggressive deadlines to deliver candidate campaign events we host onsite, or more recently virtually. We work towards interview dates no later than three weeks from instruction to deliver shortlisted candidates who have met agreed selection criteria.
Offers are confirmed for successful candidates on the same day and we manage the offer and resignation process through to candidate onboarding. This structured process is proven to drive improved ratios and quality of hire.
Our minimum project commitment is 5 hires. Our largest campaign search clients are tracking at 100+ hires annually. We run search processes globally, with the main focus across EMEA, Americas, and APAC for the following job categories;
